Claire Louise Chapman - social value
Claire Louise is a social sustainability professional supporting organisations with Social Value strategy and work winning. Her experience across public and private sector organisations from both client and supply chain perspectives give her a unique perspective to enable genuine value creation. She is an SROI and Social Impact Practitioner, Fellow of the Institute for Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability and has acted as Chair for the ICRS Fellows Hub.
Virginia Cinquemani - training and motivation
Virginia empowers sustainability professionals and teams to amplify their impact. With two decades of sustainability work under her belt, Virginia has channelled her expertise into coaching and training, guiding others to engage clients, management and colleagues effectively in sustainability.
She is the author of two books, “SustainABLE” (2020), a self-help manual for sustainability professionals that want to find success and impact in this industry, and the best-selling “The Good Communicator” (2025).

Andy is Managing Director and co-founder of Nature Broking. An expert in the voluntary carbon markets. With a wealth of experience in climate and sustainability risk, his background is in banking and finance where he spent a number of years as a management consultant, including working on ESG initiatives in some of the world’s largest banks.
